Opel celebrated its 25th anniversary in Türkiye with a special night at Esma Sultan Mansion, blending the brand’s spirit with art.

At the heart of the event was the launch of artist Bennu Gerede’s book “Bennu Yüz 25,” along with the opening of an exhibition of the same name, showcasing portraits of prominent figures she has photographed over the past 25 years in Türkiye.

The night also featured the debut of portraits from Gerede’s project “Me and My Opel,” created exclusively with Opel users, presented to art enthusiasts for the first time.

Hosted by Doğa Rutkay, the celebration reached a musical peak with a live performance by Fatih Erkoç, and the evening’s vibrant energy continued with a dynamic closing set by DJ Tarık Koray.

Opel’s 25-year journey transformed into an emotional and timeless celebration — a night where art, music, and experience came together to leave a lasting impression on all guests.

Legal Grounds and Methods for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law:

  • Your explicit consent,
  • Explicitly permitted by laws,
  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract,
  • Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
  • Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

Your personal data may be collected through written/digital applications made to our Company, calls to our phone numbers, or through verbal, written, or electronic means, using automated or non-automated methods.

With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?

Personal data may be shared—limited to and proportionate with the purposes listed under the section “Purposes of Personal Data Processing”—with administrative and official authorities, audit/consultancy firms, Company shareholders, suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners.

What Are Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law?

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company and request:

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data are being processed,
  2. b) If processed, to request information regarding such processing,
  3. c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

  1. d) To request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  2. e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
  3. f) To request that actions taken under (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
  4. g) To object to any result arising to your detriment due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
