INFORMATION NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS REGARDING THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data is among the top priorities of  FIGURE TOURISM AND EVENT SERVICES TRADING A.Ş. (Our Company) . We process personal data in accordance with the principles of:

What Is the Legal Basis and Method of Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data are collected based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law:

  • Your explicit consent,
  • Being clearly stipulated in the laws,
  • Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the parties of the contract,
  • Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
  • Being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
    Based on these reasons, your data may be collected through written/digital applications to our Company, phone calls to our numbers, or via other verbal, written, or electronic means, through automatic or non-automatic methods.

With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?

Personal data may be transferred to administrative and official authorities, audit/consultancy firms, company shareholders, suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners—limited and proportionate to the purposes listed under the “Purposes of Processing Personal Data” section of this notice.

What Are Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law?

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company to:

  1. a) Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
  2. b) Request information if your personal data have been processed,
  3. c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

  1. d) Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate,
  2. e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  3. f) Request that the transactions carried out based on (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
  4. g) Object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law regarding the rights of the data subject in writing to our Company or via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the e-mail address previously provided to us and registered in our system, by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
