As one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive technology events, the Turkcell Technology Summit brought together over 7,000 guests and nearly 100 thought leaders at the Haliç Congress Center.

Held under the theme “Digital Transformation Accelerates with 4.5G,” the summit opened with a keynote speech by Turkcell Deputy General Manager İlker Kuruöz, followed by a presentation titled “Real Connection” by Turkcell CEO Kaan Terzioğlu.

Throughout the event, participants engaged with leading experts in more than 50 sessions such as “The Digitalizing Financial Services Ecosystem,” “Marketing in the Mobile World,” “Android TV Enters Our Lives,” and “My Entrepreneurial Mind at Work.”

Experience zones set up within the summit offered visitors the opportunity to test 4.5G technology and explore next-generation digital applications.

The event not only discussed technology, people, and transformation — it brought them to life.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION NOTICE

Protecting personal data is among the top priorities of FİGÜR TURİZM VE ORGANİZASYON SERVİSLERİ TİCARET A.Ş. (“Company”). We process personal data in accordance with the following principles:

Legal Grounds and Methods for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law:

  • Your explicit consent,
  • Explicitly permitted by laws,
  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract,
  • Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
  • Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

Your personal data may be collected through written/digital applications made to our Company, calls to our phone numbers, or through verbal, written, or electronic means, using automated or non-automated methods.

With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?

Personal data may be shared—limited to and proportionate with the purposes listed under the section “Purposes of Personal Data Processing”—with administrative and official authorities, audit/consultancy firms, Company shareholders, suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners.

What Are Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law?

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company and request:

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data are being processed,
  2. b) If processed, to request information regarding such processing,
  3. c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

  1. d) To request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  2. e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
  3. f) To request that actions taken under (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
  4. g) To object to any result arising to your detriment due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law to our Company in writing or via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the e-mail address previously provided to our Company and registered in our system, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.” Applications should be sent to [email protected]
